Think About Your Mindset...

We're all building our marketing business. We all want time, financial freedom. We want more money to support our parents, our children's education, to retire ourselves.

I know that. We all know that, we all want that.

When you present a business opportunity to others, are you creating a picture for your prospects saying that they can do the same thing as well?

Are you making an impact on other people's lives? What is your intention? 

If your intention is to recruit somebody and to make money to build your team, that's fine, but your prospects are going to see that as well.

The bottom line is ... are you making an impact to the people that you're talking to?

Are You Playing Big or Small?

Are you playing small by saying, "I just want to recruit a few people, I want to build a team, I want to create a residual income in my Network Marketing business."

Or are you playing big by having the genuine mindset of, "I want to change people's financial situation and this is a vehicle to do that."

By playing small, your prospects are going to see that. They can smell it, if you keep being pushy and having them to come out on Tuesday.

Coming out is because they want it for themselves because they see in you when you show them you care about them.

People don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care about them.

It's all about the impact. It's not really about skillset sometimes. You do need skillset, but it all comes from how much you care.

When you talk to somebody, when you talk to your friends and family, what's your starting point? Are you trying to make an impact or are you just trying to recruit a few people? 

I can teach you to recruit hundreds of people, but first you need to transform your thinking because a lot of people think that MLM is a scam.

I know it and you know it, a lot of network marketers think that they aren't in the industry to recruit people and to make money. There's nothing wrong with it, but if you just play small and just focus on yourself, people are going to see that.

People are going to see that you're just ripping them off. And not thinking about if they can make money as well.

If you totally transform your mindset, you don't even care if they say it's skeptical because in your heart, in your mind, it's not about pitching them. It's about helping them.

When they say it's skeptical, you know it's not true! They know that you are genuine and they want to follow somebody like that!

When you join a business, do you trust your friend or the family that introduced you to the business, or do you just think about the money?

You trust the person that brought you in, and that's why you're in the business. You trust the person that is talking to you, that introduced you.

How Do You Change Your Mindset?

If you want to know how you can switch, flip it 180, you don't have to think about, "Oh, I need to prospect this person, I'm going to recruit, find the pain and recruit them if they're open."

If you want to switch to another way of recruiting, you want to attract people to you, how are we going to do that?

We're going to use internet, where everybody's on social media.

There is actually a new way to recruit without having this objection, because you're attracting people to you by positioning yourself as an authority.

If you think, any website that you have been to before where you purchase something, Amazon for example. Why did you go to Amazon? Because they have positioned themselves as the leader in online shopping.

That's why - you're like, "Yeah, of course, because it's Amazon."

But what if people see that, "When I think about weight loss products, I think about Benjamin Pang because Benjamin Pang has been teaching me a lot of tips on weight loss."

 We're all going to do it. It's a revolutionary concept in network marketing.

You're no longer bugging friends and family, trying to be pushy and hot sell them your products or business, you're attracting them to you and there's a specific way to do it.
